ABOUT US
Brazilian Center for Cultural Exchange of Sacramento is a non profit, grassroots organization that exist for the purpose of sharing our Brazilian culture with the Sacramento community. In addition to the above, we have found a need to give back to the community by organizing charitable events, and educational programs that will help to empower people during a difficult time. We want our children to experience our South American heritage, along with the art of helping people who are less fortunite. The members of the Brazilian Center are dedicated to doing their part in meeting the needs of the Sacramento community.
We have established a mentoring and advocacy program to assist people in a positive transition in our American communities. We would like for people (any culture) who are interested in sharing our culture to come socialize, to have fun, to gather information, to network with others and have a wonderful experience. Our goal is to give back to the American and International community with an exchange of cultural activities and services that will be beneficial to everyone. So come join us everyone to socialize while practicing your Portuguese or English skills. We will provide you with some South American hospitality that will make you want to return.
We are active members of the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce and everyone should feel free to bring your ideas, thoughts, and dreams so that we can watch them become reality. We want to embrace our members and empower people to be able to take advantage of the American dream amongst friends. Hopefully, we can use our partnership with the Chamber to assist us in this process.
