“Come participate in the Brazilian culture by learning step by step how to perform the exotic rhythmic Samba dance choreography with Saara.”

Saara Burga, a native Brazilian who has danced all over the world representing her Brazilian heritage, has danced at the USA World Cup - (Stanford University in Stanford, Ca 1994).  In Brazil, she taught in Vila Isabel Samba School for kids and adults who were preparing for the parade in Rio de Janeiro’s Carnaval.  Now we have the opportunity to learn culturally from Saara, who is passing on her skills and accomplishments to the community and people who are interested in learning about how the culture became part of this celebration.  People interested in learning why the Samba dance has uniquely taken the world by storm with the contagious rhythmic movements of the Samba dance crave.  You will become addicted to the culture with a positive motivation to learn, share and participate.  The end result of this cultural exchange is an understanding of how to enjoy life and have fun culturally through the Carnaval festival.

·         Beginners Classes will be held every Saturday from 11:00am to 12:00pm

·         Mixed Level Class will be held every Saturday from 12:30pm to 2:00pm
